盆底彩超在中腔室器官脱垂的超声评估意义

摘要 目的:探析应用盆底彩超在中腔室器官脱垂的超声评估价值。方法:纳入2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的盆腔器官脱垂患者100例,所有患者均给予经会阴盆底超声检查、盆腔器官脱垂定量检查,对两种检查方式的一致性进行比较。结果:盆底超声检查所得数据与盆腔器官脱垂定量诊断之间存在密切联系,盆底超声对于C、U测量所得数值,和盆腔器官脱垂定量测量的Ba、C高度之间存在密切联系,R和Pb低度之间存在密切联系。盆腔器官脱垂患者在盆腔器官脱垂定量检查后提示对于Ⅱ~Ⅳ度的前盆腔器官脱垂以及Ⅰ~Ⅳ度的子宫脱垂,两种诊断方式所得数据存在良好的一致性。结论:盆底彩超可作为对中腔室器官脱垂的有效诊断方式,具备良好的参考价值。 Objective:To explore the value of pelvic floor color ultrasound in evaluating organ prolapse in the middle chamber.Methods:100 patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were included.All patients were given transperineal pelvic floor ultrasonography and quantitative examination of pelvic organ prolapse,and the consistency of the two examination methods was compared.Results:There was a close relationship between the data obtained from pelvic floor ultrasound and the quantitative diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse.There was a close relationship between the values measured by pelvic floor ultrasound for C and U and the Ba and C heights measured by pelvic organ prolapse,and there was a close relationship between R and Pb low degrees.After the quantitative examination of pelvic organ prolapse in patients with pelvic organ prolapse,it was suggested that the data obtained by the two diagnostic methods are in good agreement for the degreeⅡ-IV anterior pelvic organ prolapse and the degreeⅠ-IV uterine prolapse.Conclusion:Pelvic floor color Doppler ultrasound can be used as an effective diagnostic method for organ prolapse in the middle chamber,with good reference value.
