超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床研究

Clinical Study of Phacoemulsification Combined with Angle Separation Surgery for the Treatment of Glaucoma with Cataract

目的:分析超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法:以2017年8月~2023年8月60例青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,分为研究组、对照组各30例。研究组应用超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗方法,对照组应用超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗,对比观察两组患者手术前后的视力、眼压控制效果、中央前房深度变化、手术治疗有效率、术后并发症等指标,明确治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者在视力、眼压控制效果、中央前房深度指标方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后半年检查时发现研究组的矫正视力评分、眼压、前房深度指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组的治疗有效率为73.33%,研究组的治疗有效率明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:接诊青光眼合并白内障患者时,应用超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗可有效改善患者病情,降低并发症的发生率,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract.Methods:60 patients with glaucoma and cataract from August 2017 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,with 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The study group used phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery for treatment,while the control group used phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy for treatment.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure control effect,central anterior chamber depth changes,surgical treatment efficiency,postoperative complications and other indicators of the two groups of patients before and after surgery were compared and observed to clarify the treatment effect.Results:There was no significant difference in visual acuity,intraocular pressure control effect,and central anterior chamber depth indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).During the examination six months after surgery,it was found that the corrected visual acuity score,intraocular pressure,and anterior chamber depth indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was as high as 96.67%,while the control group had a treatment effectiveness rate of 73.33%.The treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:When treating patients with glaucoma and cataract,the use of phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery can effectively improve the patient’s condition,reduce the incidence of complications,and have a significant effect.
