输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜治疗肾结石临床效果比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effects Between Ureteroscopy and Percutaneous Nephroscopy in the Treatment of Kidney Stones

目的:比较输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法:回顾分析本院2022年1月~2023年12月收治的60例肾结石患者,根据手术方式的不同分为对照组与干预组各30例。对照组行经皮肾镜取石术,干预组行输尿管软镜取石术,对比临床效果。结果:①两组患者一次性结石清除率无明显差异(P>0.05);但干预组手术用时和住院天数缩短,术中出血量更少(P<0.05);②术前,患者血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平无明显差异(P>0.05);术后3d各指标明显升高,且干预组测定值低于对照组(P<0.05);③干预组术后并发症发生率稍低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜治疗肾结石均是安全有效的方案,其中前者能加快术后恢复速度、减轻机体炎性反应。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy in the treatment of kidney stones.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy,while the intervention group underwent ureteroscopic lithotomy.The clinical effects were compared.Results:①There was no significant difference in the one-time stone clearance rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);However,the intervention group had shorter surgical time and hospital stay,and less intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05).②Before surgery,the patient’s serum CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αthere was no significant difference in level(P>0.05);3 days after surgery,all indicators significantly increased,and the measured values in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).③The postoperative complication rate in the intervention group was slightly lower than that in the control group,and was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy are safe and effective options for the treatment of kidney stones.The former can accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce inflammatory reactions in the body.
