直肠超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺对前列腺癌的诊断价值评价

Evaluation of the Diagnostic Value of Transperineal Prostate Biopsy Guided by Transrectal Ultrasound in Prostate Cancer

目的:探讨分析在进行前列腺癌诊断时,在直肠超声引导下,经会阴前列腺穿刺的效果,分析临床应用价值。方法:选择2020年1月~2023年6月本院资料登记有效并确诊为前列腺癌的110例患者作为研究对象。110例患者均接受经直肠超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺活检。医务人员针对诊断结果与声像图表现和并发症发生状况进行记录,分析其特征。结果:研究结果显示本次研究中通过直肠超声引导下,经会阴前列腺穿刺活检诊断准确率为96.36%(106例),出现4例漏诊情况,其中漏诊患者癌灶位于基底部,诊断难度较大。在诊断结果中显示声像图中前列腺癌患者存在形态不对称和外腺低/等回声等声像图表现。针对患者进行为期一周随访,发现110例患者中有2例患者出现血尿、4例患者出现急性尿潴留,不良反应总发生率为5.45%。结论:直肠超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺在前列腺癌诊断中展现出显著的价值。声像图表现显示前列腺癌患者具有形态不对称和外腺低/等回声等特征,进一步印证了诊断的可靠性。然而,本方法在应用过程中也呈现出一定的不良反应,如血尿和急性尿潴留,不良反应发生率为5.45%。综合而言,直肠超声引导下经会阴前列腺穿刺作为一种诊断手段,具备高准确性和临床可操作性,有望在前列腺癌的早期诊断和治疗中发挥积极作用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effectiveness of transperineal prostate biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and assess its clinical applicability.Methods:This study was conducted from January 2020 to June 2023.During this period,110 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer were enrolled as subjects from our hospital’s records.All 110 patients underwent transperineal prostate biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound.The diagnostic results,ultrasonographic features,and incidence of complications were recorded and analyzed by the research team.Results:The results showed that in this study,transperineal prostate puncture biopsy was performed under rectal ultrasound guidance.The accuracy of diagnosis was 96.36%(106 cases),and there were 4 cases of missed diagnosis,among which the cancer focus of missed patients was located in the basement,which was difficult to diagnose.In diagnostic junction.The results showed that there were morphological asymmetries and low/isoecho external glands in prostate cancer patients.The patients were followed for one week.Among 110 patients,2 patients had hematuria and 4 patients had acute urinary retention.The total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.45%.Conclusion:Straight enteroultrasound-guided transperineal prostate puncture has shown significant value in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Sonographic findings show that prostate cancer patients have shape.The characteristics of asymmetry of state and low echo of external gland further confirm the reliability of diagnosis.However,this method also presents some advantages in the application process.The incidence of adverse reactions,such as hematuria and acute urinary retention,was 5.45%.In summary,rectal ultrasound-guided perineal prostatic puncture was performed.It is a diagnostic method with high accuracy and clinical operability,and is expected to play a positive role in the early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
