“多院区时代”基于一动力三循环管理模式的医疗设备及专用试剂成本控制的创新与实践

摘要 目的:含专机专用试剂的医疗设备采购管理是医院设备管理工作的难点,建立科学、规范、合理的采购方式,有利于良好地控制医院的采购成本,采购到安全有效、性能优越、成本合理的设备。方法:本文基于一动力三循环管理模式创新“双螺旋”方法针对一种含专机专用试剂的医疗设备进行设备采购前的试剂招标进行了探索和尝试,并针对此次尝试的效果和存在的问题进行了阐述和分析。结果:在保证质量的前提下,合理的运用基于一动力三循环管理模式的双螺旋法,可有效的降低医疗设备及专用试剂的采购价格。结论:合理的运用基于一动力三循环管理模式的双螺旋法可有效减少医院的支出成本,实现成本控制的总目标,为医院的可持续发展提供助力。 Objective:Medical equipment procurement management with special reagents is a difficult task in hospital equipment management.The establishment of scientific,standardized and reasonable procurement methods is conducive to the good control of hospital procurement costs and the procurement of safe and effective equipment with superior performance and reasonable cost.Methods:Based on the innovative“double helix”method of one-power three-cycle management mode,reagent bidding before equipment purchase for a medical equipment containing special reagents was explored and tried,and the effects and existing problems of this attempt were described and analyzed.Results:Under the premise of ensuring the quality,reasonable use of the double helix method based on the one-power three-cycle management mode can effectively reduce the purchase price of medical equipment and special reagents.Conclusion:Reasonable application of the double helix method based on the one-power three-cycle management mode can effectively reduce the expenditure cost of the hospital,achieve the overall goal of cost control,and provide help for the sustainable development of the hospital.
