消毒供应中心参与临床复用污染器械的预处理对器械保值和清洗效果的改进与评价

摘要 目的:探究消毒供应中心参与的临床复用污染器械的预处理对器械保值与清洗效果的影响。方法:选择2022年1月~2022年12月临床复用污染器械50件、2023年1月~2023年12月临床复用污染器械50件作为研究主体,分别定为对照组、实验组,对照组应用的临床复用污染器械不进行消毒供应中心参与预处理,实验组临床复用污染器械进行消毒供应中心参与预处理,对比器械的耗损率、清洗效果。结果:①器械的耗损率相比,实验组低于对照组,P<0.05;②清洗效果对比,即器械清洗合格率实验组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床复用污染器械实施消毒供应中心参与预处理干预,可以提高器械保值率,提升器械清洗效果。 Objective:To explore the influence of pre-treatment of clinical reuse contaminated instruments with the participation of disinfection supply center on the preservation and cleaning effect of instruments.Methods:50 clinically reused contaminated devices from January 2022 to January 2022 and 50 clinically reused contaminated devices from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the main body of the study,based on the control group and experimental group,and the clinical reused contaminated devices applied in the control group were not disinfected and the supply center participated in the pretreatment.In the observation group,contaminated instruments were used for disinfection and pretreatment by the supply center,and the loss rate and cleaning effect of the instruments were compared.Results:①Compared with the control group,the loss rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;②Comparison of cleaning effect,that is,the qualified rate of instrument cleaning in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Clinical reuse contaminated instruments to carry out disinfection supply center to participate in pre-treatment intervention can improve the preservation rate of instruments and improve the cleaning effect of instruments.
