Management Effect of the Disinfection Supply Center in a Specialized Dental Hospital

目的:探究口腔专科医院消毒供应中心对医疗器械的管理效果。方法:本院于2021年11月正式对消毒供应中心实行管理,分别选取实施管理前后1年的500份医院医疗器械进行研究,并纳入同期100例就诊患者、20名医护人员、10名消毒人员。对实施前后,医疗器械合格率(清洗、灭菌、包装)、器械丢失或损坏率、临床感染事件发生率、医护人员使用满意度、消毒人员发生针刺伤事件进行比较。结果:与实施前相比较,实施后医疗器械清洁、灭菌、包装率明显提高,器械丢失及损坏率降低,临床感染事件发生率更低,医护人员使用满意度更高,而消毒人员发生针刺伤事件更少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔专科医院消毒供应中心实行有效管理可获得较佳效果,有效提高医疗器械合格率,降低器械丢失及损坏率,减少临床感染事件的发生,提高医护人员使用满意度,并减少消毒人员针刺伤发生事件,为临床患者、医护人员及相关人员的生命健康提供保障。

Objective:To explore the management effect of disinfection supply center of stomatology hospital on medical devices.Methods:In November 2021,our hospital officially implemented the management of the disinfection supply center,and 500 hospital medical devices for one year before and after the implementation of management were selected for research,and 100 patients,20 medical staff and 10 disinfection personnel were included in the same period.Before and after implementation,the qualified rate of medical devices(cleaning,sterilization,packaging),device loss or damage rate,incidence of clinical infection events,satisfaction of medical staff,and occurrence of needle prick injuries in disinfection personnel were compared.Results:Compared with before the implementation,the medical device cleaning,sterilization and packaging rate were significantly improved,the device loss and damage rate decreased,the incidence of clinical infection events was lower,the use satisfaction of medical staff was higher,and the disinfection personnel had fewer needle stab injuries,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral specialist hospital disinfection supply center for effective management can obtain better effect,effectively improve the medical device qualified rate,reduce the device loss and damage rate,reduce the occurrence of clinical infection,improve the medical staff use satisfaction,and reduce disinfection personnel needle injury events,for clinical patients,medical staff and related personnel life and health guarantee.
