吉林省通化市家蝇对几种常用杀虫剂抗药性现状与进展分析

摘要 目的掌握吉林省通化市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的敏感程度及抗药性水平变化趋势,为制定蝇类防制技术提供依据。方法挥网法采集通化市集安市、通化县、东昌区养殖场的家蝇野外种群。采用点滴法对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏和毒死蜱6种常用杀虫剂进行抗药性生物测定。收集2013年以来通化市家蝇对上述杀虫剂的抗药性数据,对抗药性变化进行描述性分析。SPSS 27.0软件用于实验数据的描述性统计分析。结果通化市3个县(市、区)家蝇野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏、毒死蜱的半数致死剂量(LD_(50))分别为0.0207~0.0414、0.0280~0.0353、0.0278~0.1221、0.0809~0.2333、0.0144~0.0802和0.0322~0.0652μg/♀;3个县(市、区)家蝇野外种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏、毒死蜱的抗性倍数分别为34._(50)~69.00、40.00~_(50).43、6.04~26.54、8.89~25.64、2.82~15.73和0.75~1.52。东昌区种群对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏抗药性水平在2013—2014年达到高峰,2020年降低,2023年均上升。结论通化市家蝇对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗性,对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯已处于高抗水平,对有机磷类杀虫剂敌敌畏处于中抗和低抗水平,对毒死蜱为敏感。应采取以环境防治为主、恰当采用物理及生物等综合防制措施,延缓抗药性的发展。 Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides and the trend of resistance development in Tonghua,Jilin Province,China,so as to provide evidence for formulating fly control measures.Methods Field populations of M.domestica were collected with insect nets from livestock farms in Ji’an City,Tonghua County,and Dongchang District of Tonghua City.The topical application method was adopted to determine resistance to six commonly used insecticides(deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,alpha-cypermethrin,permethrin,dichlorvos,and chlorpyrifos).The data on M.domestica resistance to these insecticides in Tonghua City since 2013 were collected,and description statistics were used for data analysis with SPSS 27.0 software.Results For field M.domestica populations in the three counties(cities or districts)of Tonghua,the median lethal dose(LD_(50))values ranged from 0.0207-0.0414μg/♀for deltamethrin,0.0280-0.0353μg/♀for beta-cypermethrin,0.0278-0.1221μg/♀for alpha-cypermethrin,0.0809-0.2333μg/♀for permethrin,0.0144-0.0802μg/♀for dichlorvos,and 0.0322-0.0652μg/♀for chlorpyrifos.Compared with sensitive strains in literature,the resistance ratios of M.domestica in Tonghua City were 34._(50)-69.00 for deltamethrin,40.00-_(50).43 for beta-cypermethrin,6.04-26.54 for alpha-cypermethrin,8.89-25.64 for permethrin,2.82-15.73 for dichlorvos,and 0.75-1.52 for chlorpyrifos.The resistance levels in Dongchang District to deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,and dichlorvos peaked in 2013-2014,decreased in 2020,and rebounds in 2023.Conclusions M.domestica populations in Tonghua City exhibited varying levels of resistance to pyrethroid insecticides,which were highly resistant to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin,lowly to moderately resistant to dichlorvos,and susceptible to chlorpyrifos.Comprehensive control measures should be adopted,focusing on environmental control,and appropriately adopting physical and biological control measures,to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
