石菖蒲中1个新的新木脂素苷类化合物

A new neolignan glycoside from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma

摘要 采用大孔吸附树脂、微孔树脂(MCI)、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(ODS)等柱色谱法和半制备高效液相色谱法对石菖蒲的化学成分进行分离纯化。通过质谱、核磁、紫外、红外、圆二色谱等波谱学技术结合文献数据对分离得到的化合物进行鉴定,共鉴定了11个化合物,包括4个木脂素苷,2个苯甲醇苷,4个黄酮苷,1个α-四氢萘酮苷,分别为(7S,8R)-二氢去氢二松柏醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-9′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(7S,8R)-二氢去氢二松柏醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(7S,8R)-二氢去氢二松柏醇-9,9′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、苄醇-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、苄醇-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、3′-O-甲基表儿茶素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、3′-O-甲基儿茶素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、异金雀花素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、(4R)-8-羟基-α-四氢萘酮-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)。其中化合物1为新的新木脂素苷类化合物,化合物2~5、7~11为首次从菖蒲属植物中分离得到。 The main chemical constituents from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were isolated and purified using the macroporous resin,microporous resin(MCI)and octadecylsilyl silica gel(ODS)column chromatography,as well as semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses including mass spectrometry(MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),ultraviolet(UV),infrared(IR)and circular dichoism(CD)combined with literature data.A total of 11 compounds were isolated and identified,including 4 lignan glycosides,2 benzyl alcohol glycosides,4 flavonoid glycosides,and 1α-tetralone glycoside:(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-9'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol di-9,9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),benzyl alcohol O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),benzyl alcohol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3'-O-methylepicatechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),3'-O-methylcatechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),apigenin 6-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),isoscoparin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),and(4R)-8-hydroxy-α-tetralone-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11).Compound 1 is a new neolignan glycoside,and compounds 2-5 and 7-11 are isolated from genus Acorus for the first time.
