硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合阿娜尔妇洁液治疗女性阴道炎疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules Combined with A’naer Vigills in the Treatment of Female Vaginitis

目的分析硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合阿娜尔妇洁液治疗女性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取定南县第一人民医院2022年3月至2023年11月收治的60例女性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组(30例)采用保妇康栓治疗,研究组(30例)则采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合阿娜尔妇洁液治疗,对比两组应用效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组;研究组阴道pH值和清洁度、降钙素原、C反应蛋白与白细胞计数水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合阿娜尔妇洁液治疗女性阴道炎效果较好,能够促进患者阴道环境改善,缓解其炎症刺激,治疗安全性和实用性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules combined with a'naer vigills in the treatment of female vaginitis.Methods Sixty female patients with vaginitis admitted to the First People's Hospital of Dingnan County from March 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with vaginal medication with baofukang suppositories,while the study group(30 cases)were treated with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules combined with a'naer vigills.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the vaginal pH and cleanliness,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,and white blood cell count levels,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions,were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules with a'naer vigills has a good therapeutic effect on female vaginitis,which can promote the improvement of the vaginal environment of patients,alleviate their inflammatory stimulation,and have high safety and practicality in treatment.
