雾化吸入布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索对重症肺炎患者症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平的影响

The Effect of Nebulized Budesonide Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Symptom Relief Time and Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨雾化吸入布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索对重症肺炎(SP)患者症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取福清市第三医院2021年7月至2023年5月收治的SP患者91例,以抽签法分为对照组(46例)与研究组(45例);对照组予盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组予雾化吸入布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗;对比两组治疗效果,症状缓解时间,炎性因子指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、IL-6],血气指标[血氧分压(PaO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、氧合指数(P/F)]及不良反应情况。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高,各项症状缓解时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组CRP、IL-8、IL-6水平较对照组低,PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)、P/F较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雾化吸入布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗SP效果较好,可促使症状缓解,降低炎性因子水平,改善血气状况,且安全性好。

Objective To explore the effects of nebulized budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on symptom relief time and inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with severe pneumonia(SP).Methods 91 SP patients admitted to the Fuqing Third Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(46 cases)and a study group(45 cases)using a lottery method.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,while the study group was treated with nebulized budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The treatment effects,symptom relief time,inflammatory cytokine indicators such as C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8),IL-6,blood gas indicators such as blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),oxygenation index(P/F),and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the times for symptom relief were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-8,and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while PaO_(2),SpO_(2),and P/F were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of nebulized budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride has a good therapeutic effect on SP,which can promote symptom relief,reduce inflammatory factor levels,improve blood gas status,and is safe.
