乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床效果分析

摘要 目的:分析乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月滨州市中心医院收治的婴幼儿肺炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸溶液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平、症状消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素6(IL-6)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP、SAA水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸困难、咳嗽、发热消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乙酰半胱氨酸溶液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患儿临床症状,减轻炎性反应,且安全性较高。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acetylcysteine combined with budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of infants and young children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 100 infants and young children with pneumonia who received diagnosis and treatment at Binzhou Central Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received nebulized budesonide inhalation treatment,while the observation group received nebulized acetylcysteine solution inhalation on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,inflammatory factor levels,symptom disappearance time,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),serum amyloid A(SAA) and C-reactive protein(CRP) between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and SAA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of dyspnea,cough and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The nebulized inhalation of acetylcysteine solution combined with budesonide has significant clinical effect in the treatment of pneumonia in infants and young children,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and relieve inflammatory reactions in children,with a high safety.
