Effects of Group B Streptococcal Infection on Pregnancy Outcomes and Neonatal Outcomes in Late Trimester Pregnancies

目的:分析B族链球菌(GBS)感染对孕晚期孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿结局的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于东昌府区妇幼保健院妇产科进行产前检查的240名产妇作为研究对象,所有孕妇在孕35~37周接受阴道分泌物标本采集,进行GBS筛查,统计GBS感染对妊娠结局和新生儿疾病的影响。结果:240名产妇中,有36名(15%)感染GBS,204名(85%)未感染。感染组产妇不良妊娠结局总发生率高于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。感染组新生儿不良结局总发生率高于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:孕晚期孕妇GBS感染后不良妊娠结局和新生儿不良结局发生率均升高,临床对于孕晚期孕妇应及时进行GBS检查,并对阳性患者进行干预治疗,保障孕妇和新生儿的健康安全。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Group B streptococcus(GBS) infection on pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,two hundred and forty women who underwent prenatal examination in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women received vaginal secretion samples from 35 to 37 weeks of pregnancy for GBS screening.The effects of GBS infection on pregnancy outcomes and neonatal diseases were analyzed.Results:Of 240 women,36(15%) were infected with GBS and 204(85%) were not;the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in infected group was higher than that in uninfected group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014);the overall incidence of adverse outcomes in the infected group was higher than that in the uninfected group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal adverse outcomes increased after GBS infection in pregnant women in the third trimester.Clinical GBS examination should be conducted in time for pregnant women in the third trimester,and intervention treatment should be conducted for positive patients to ensure the health and safety of pregnant women and newborns.
