医防融合管理联合中医干预在0~2岁反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果

Application Effect of Medical and Preventive Fusion Management Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in 0-2 Years Old Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨医防融合管理联合中医干预在0~2岁反复呼吸道感染儿童中的应用效果。方法:本研究选取2021年6月—2022年6月南京市江宁区淳化街道方山社区卫生服务中心收治的反复呼吸道感染患儿92例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行医防融合管理联合中医干预。对比两组治疗效果、症状消失时间及护理满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.007)。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、发热、肺啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:医防融合管理联合中医干预在0~2岁反复呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果较好,能够改善患儿临床症状,提高患儿家属的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of medical and preventive fusion management combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention in 0-2 years old children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:In this study,ninetytwo children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to Nanjing Jiangning District Chunhua Street Fangshan Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with forty-six cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group practiced anti-fusion management combined with TCM intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.007);the disappearance time of cough,sputum,fever and lung rales in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of medical and preventive management combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention in 0-2 years old children with recurrent respiratory tract infection has a good effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the satisfaction of their families.
