心理护理干预在慢性浅表性胃炎患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的:分析心理护理干预在慢性浅表性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月威海市中心医院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者120例作为临床资料,随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用心理护理干预。比较两组心理状态评分、生活质量评分、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组社会功能、生理功能、活力状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组社会功能、生理功能、活力状态评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.093)。结论:心理护理干预在慢性浅表性胃炎患者中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者的负面情绪,提高其生活质量、护理满意度和治疗依从性。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to Weihai Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 60cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention while the study group received psychological nursing intervention.Psychological state scores,quality of life scores,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and SelfRating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of social function,physiological function and vitality status between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of social function,physiological function and vitality status in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was slightly higher than that of the control,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.093).Conclusion:The application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic superficial gastritis is good,which can ameliorate the negative emotions of patients,improve their quality of life,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance.
