多学科协作加速康复护理在肺癌根治术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Accelerated Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients undergoing Radical Resection of Lung Cancer

目的:分析多学科协作加速康复护理在肺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月于临沭县人民医院胸外科行肺癌根治术的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行多学科协作加速康复护理。比较两组切口疼痛程度、早期下床活动依从率、术后相关指标及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后4 h、12 h、24 h及48 h视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早期下床活动依从率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P=0.007)。观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、胸管留置时间及术后出院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.027)。结论:多学科协作加速康复护理在肺癌根治术患者中的应用效果较好,能够减轻患者的疼痛感,改善术后相关指标,降低并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative accelerated rehabilitation nursing in patients with radical resection of lung cancer.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Linshu County People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative accelerated rehabilitation nursing.The degree of incision pain,compliance rate of early getting out of bed activity,postoperative indexes and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Visual analogue pain scale(VAS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery(P<0.05);the compliance rate of early getting out of bed activity in observation group(96.67%) was higher than that in control group(70.00%)(P=0.007);the time of anal exhaust,the time of getting out of bed,the time of chest tube indentation and the time of discharge in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.027).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary collaborative accelerated rehabilitation nursing in patients with radical resection of lung cancer is good,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve postoperative indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
