无创吸痰专项护理联合护患沟通技巧在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Application Effect of Noninvasive Sputum Aspiration Special Nursing Combined with Nurse-patient Communication Skills in Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的:分析无创吸痰专项护理联合护患沟通技巧在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年10月徐州矿务集团第一医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿102例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组进行无创吸痰专项护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合护患沟通技巧干预。比较两组康复进程、肺功能、吸痰配合度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、喘息消失时间、湿啰音消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,吸痰频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组吸痰配合度高于对照组(P=0.013)。观察组并发症发生率(3.92%)低于对照组(17.65%)(χ^(2)=4.993,P=0.025)。结论:无创吸痰专项护理联合护患沟通技巧在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果较好,能够改善患儿的肺功能,提高其吸痰配合度,降低并发症发生率,促进患儿康复。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of noninvasive sputum aspiration combined with nurse-patient communication skills in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of one hundred and two children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Xuzhou Mining Group First Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with fifty-one cases in each group.The control group received special nursing for non-invasive sputum aspiration,and the observation group combined with nurse-patient communication skills intervention on the basis of the control group.The recovery process,lung function,phlegm absorption compatibility and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of fever remission,cough remission,wheezing disappearance,moist rales disappearance and hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the frequency of sputum aspiration was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);before intervention,there was no significant difference in the level of arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_2) and arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO_2) between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the phlegm absorption compatibility of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.013);the complication rate of the observation group(3.92%) lower than that of the control group(17.65%)(χ_2=4.993,P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive sputum aspiration special nursing combined with nurse-patient communication skills in the nursing of children with bronchopneumonia is good,which can improve the lung function of children with bronchopneumonia,improve the cooperation of sputum aspiration,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of children with bronchopneumonia.
