临床护理路径在宫颈癌患者围术期中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Perioperative Cervical Cancer Patients

目的:分析临床护理路径在宫颈癌患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院行手术治疗的宫颈癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径下的护理。比较两组围术期指标、生命质量评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、导尿管留置时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.001)。护理前,两组生命质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生命质量评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在宫颈癌患者围术期中的应用效果较好,能够促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生命质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative cervical cancer patients.Methods:A total of 80 cervical cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received care in clinical nursing pathway.Perioperative indicators,quality of life scores,complication rates and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,urinary catheter indwelling time,ambulation time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway has a good effect in perioperative cervical cancer patients,and can promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
