全植入式静脉输液港和经外周置入中心静脉导管在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Totally Implantable Venous Access Port and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨全植入式静脉输液港和经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年10月贵州省沿河土家族自治县人民医院收治的120例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用PICC治疗,观察组采用全植入式静脉输液港治疗。比较两组并发症发生率、生存质量评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗信息指数、投诉管理指数、物理环境指数评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与PICC相比,全植入式静脉输液港在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果显著,能够降低患者并发症发生率,提高其生存质量和护理满意度,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of totally implantable venous access port and peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 120 breast cancer patients admitted to Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital in Guizhou Province from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PICC,and the observation group was treated with totally implantable venous access port.The complication incidence,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of treatment information index,complaint management index and physical environment index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with PICC,totally implantable venous access port has significant application effects in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and can reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
