循证护理在急性脑梗死患者CT检查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in CT Examination of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨循证护理在急性脑梗死患者CT检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月于南宁市第一人民医院放射科接受CT检查的急性脑梗死患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理。比较两组检查依从性、检查耗时、心理状态、护理满意度。结果:研究组检查依从率高于对照组,检查耗时短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且研究组比对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度比对照组高(P=0.015)。结论:循证护理在急性脑梗死患者CT检查中的应用效果显著,能够缩短检查时间,提高患者的检查依从性和护理满意度,减轻其负面情绪,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in CT examination of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2023,120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received CT examination in the Radiology Department of the First People's Hospital of Nanning were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the study group implemented evidence-based nursing.Examination compliance,examination time,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The examination compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the examination time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.015).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing has significant effects in CT examination of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and can shorten examination time,improve the patients' examination compliance and nursing satisfaction,and relieve their negative emotions,it is worthy of clinical application.
