个性化心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Personalized Psychological Care in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨个性化心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年1月随州市曾都医院精神心理科收治的精神分裂症患者128例作为研究对象,采用双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取个性化心理护理。比较两组心理状态、睡眠质量。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组睡眠质量评分均低于护理前,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:个性化心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者的不良情绪,提升其睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized psychological care in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 128 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at Suizhou Zengdu Hospital from January 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the double-blind method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 64 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received personalized psychological care.The psychological state and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized psychological care in patients with schizophrenia has a significant effect,and can ameliorate the adverse emotions mood and improve the sleep quality of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
