马齿苋多糖治疗溃疡性结肠炎研究进展

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)是一种患病率很高的结直肠炎症性肠病,对人类的生命健康构成了严重威胁。然而,UC的西医临床治疗具有一定的局限性。近年来,随着中医药领域的深入发展,研究者们发现中药复方及中药单体在干预UC的发生发展中具有多层次、多通路、多靶点的独特优势。因此,中药复方及中药单体已逐渐成为UC防治研究的热点,并引发了广泛的关注。文章旨在对马齿苋多糖治疗UC的相关研究综述进展进行。研究发现,马齿苋多糖在干预UC方面具有多种作用机制。首先,它能够调节生物屏障,通过增强黏膜屏障的完整性减少有害物质对结肠的侵袭;其次,马齿苋多糖有改善化学屏障的功能,可促进肠黏液的分泌和分化,增加肠道表面的糖蛋白含量,从而增强黏膜屏障的保护作用;再次,马齿苋多糖还能够保护机械屏障,通过减少炎症反应和氧化应激降低结肠组织的损伤程度;最后,马齿苋多糖对免疫屏障也有调节作用,能够抑制炎症细胞的活化和炎性介质的释放,减轻免疫反应的过度激活。通过深入探讨马齿苋多糖的研究进展,为UC的治疗及中药马齿苋的研究发展提供新的思路和指导。不过,尽管目前的研究成果显示了马齿苋多糖在UC治疗中的潜力,但仍需要进一步的临床研究来验证其安全性和有效性。希望未来能够有更多的研究关注于中药复方及中药单体在UC防治中的应用,以提供更加有效的治疗策略,改善UC患者的生活质量。 Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a kind of colorectal inflammatory bowel disease with high prevalence,which poses a serious threat to human life and health.However,the clinical treatment of UC in Western medicine has certain limitations.In recent years,with the in-depth development of the field of traditional Chinese medicine,researchers have found that TCM compounds and TCM monomers have unique advantages in interfering with the occurrence and development of UC at multiple levels,multiple pathways and multiple targets.Therefore,TCM compounds and TCM monomers have gradually become the focus of UC prevention and control research,and have attracted wide attention.It is found that portulaca polysaccharide has multiple mechanisms of action in the intervention of UC.First,it can regulate the biological barrier and reduce the invasion of harmful substances to the colon by enhancing the integrity of the mucosal barrier.Secondly,portulane polysaccharide improves the function of chemical barrier,promotes the secretion and differentiation of intestinal mucus,and increases the content of glycoprotein on the intestinal surface,thus enhancing the protective effect of mucosal barrier.Thirdly,portulaca polysaccharide can protect the mechanical barrier and reduce the degree of colon tissue damage by reducing inflammatory response and oxidative stress.Finally,portulaca polysaccharide also has a regulatory effect on the immune barrier,which can inhibit the activation of inflammatory cells and the release of inflammatory mediators,and reduce the overactivation of immune response.This paper systematically summarizes the mechanism of purslane polysaccharide on UC,including regulation of biological barrier,improvement of chemical barrier,protection of mechanical barrier and immune barrier.Through in-depth study of the research progress of purslane polysaccharide,it will provide new ideas and guidance for the treatment of UC and the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine Machixian(Herba Portulacae),Although the current study results show the potential of purslane polysaccharide in the treatment of UC,further clinical studies are needed to verify its safety and efficacy.It is hoped that more studies will focus on the application of TCM compounds and TCM monomers in the prevention and treatment of UC in the future,so as to provide more effective treatment strategies to improve the quality of life of UC patients.
