新质生产力赋能体育消费转型升级是推动体育产业高质量发展的重要着力点。基于劳动力、劳动对象和劳动资料3大要素剖析新质生产力赋能体育消费转型升级的内涵特征,进而探究新质生产力赋能体育消费转型升级的现实困境与创新路径。在供需理论指导下从供给端、需求端及“供-需”平衡方面探讨新质生产力赋能体育消费转型升级的新动能、新优势、新格局。在分析现阶段体育消费转型升级的现实困境基础上,从法治性理念、供给侧思维、价值链串联、数据集仓库、数字化需求与市场化机制出发,提出新质生产力赋能体育消费转型升级的创新路径,助力体育消费转型升级。

The transformation and upgrading of sports consumption is an important focus to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry.this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the transformation and upgrading of sports consumption empowered by the new quality productivity from the three elements of labor force,labor object and labor data,and explores the realistic dilemma and innovation path of the transformation and upgrading of sports consumption empowered by new quality productivity.Under the guidance of supply and demand theory,this paper discusses the new momentum,new advantages and new pattern of sports consumption transformation and upgrading enabled by new quality productivity from the supply side,demand side and"supply-demand"balance side.Based on the analysis of the current dificulties in the transformation and upgrading of sports consumption,starting from the concept of rule of law,supply side thinking,value chain linkage,dataset warehouse,digital demand,and market-oriented mechanism,targeted innovative paths are proposed to empower the transformation and upgrading of sports consumption with new productive forces,to assist in the transformation and upgrading of sports consumption.
