红色文化项目建设何以赋能老区乡村振兴——基于文化层理论视角的案例呈现

The Role of the Construction of Red Culture Project in Rural Revitalization of Old Revolutionary Base Areas--Case Studies from the Perspective of Cultural Layer Theory

老区红色文化与民间信仰、宗族文化、耕读文化等乡土文化叠加共置于乡村历史文化层谱系中。红色文化所承载的物质空间大多外附于村落的古民居、古祠堂等传统乡村文化载体,在精神记忆空间层面则与传统乡土历史文化内核相互交融。红色文化项目建设,一方面能保护红色文化基因,传承阐扬红色集体记忆,推动乡村传统文化复兴;另一方面也能激励政府、市场主体、村集体等多主体参与乡村建设,重组乡村产业和文化要素,激活乡村外生与内生发展动能,在促进老区乡村三产融合与产业升级、吸引人才下乡、提升乡村治理效能等多方面发挥重要作用。

The red culture in old revolutionary base areas is superimposed on local cultures such as folk beliefs,clan culture,and farming-studying culture in the genealogy of rural history and culture.Most of the material space of the red culture is attached to the carriers of traditional rural culture,such as ancient residences and ancestral halls in the villages,while its spiritual memory space is intertwined with the core of local history and traditional culture.The construction of red cultural project helps inherit and carry forward the tradition and the collective memory of revolution,and promote the revival of traditional rural culture;it also inspires the government,market participants,village collectives and other parties to participate in the rural construction,reorganize the rural industry and cultural elements,activate the exogenous and endogenous development momentum in rural areas,and play an important role in promoting the integration and industrial upgrade of the three industries in the countryside of the old revolutionary base areas,attracting talents to serve the countryside,and enhancing the effectiveness of the countryside governance.
