乡村振兴视域下农业文化遗产档案的内涵、搜集与利用

Connotation,Collection and Utilization of Agricultural Cultural Heritage Archives from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

农业文化遗产作为蕴含着历史、文化、民俗、艺术价值的珍贵遗存,逐渐被人们发现而成为乡村文化的活化石。但就目前的研究来看,与之相关的档案缺乏学界关注。农业文化遗产档案是农业文化遗产发展过程中各个阶段性成果以及全过程的总结,更是记录和申报农业文化遗产的重要材料,它具有本体的濒危性、内容的活态性、来源的分散性以及自身文化的包容性等特点。因此在搜集和整理的工作中,工作人员应加大对遗产的普查力度,及时立档和分类整合,注重实际调研与多部门合作,完善档案专业保管,并从资源整合、数字赋能和乡土记忆等角度利用这类档案,发挥文化的生产力,为中国乡村特色文化产业贡献微薄之力。

Agricultural cultural heritage,as a kind of precious heritage containing historical,cultural,folkloric and artistic values,has gradually been discovered and considered as a living fossil of rural culture.However,current research finds that related archives lack attention in academic field.Agricultural cultural heritage archives are the summary of the achievements of each stage and the whole process of the development of agricultural cultural heritage.As a result,they are the important materials for recording and declaring the agricultural cultural heritage,characterized by the endangered nature of itself,the living nature of contents,the dispersion of the source,the inclusiveness of its own culture,and so on.Therefore,when collecting and sorting out agricultural cultural heritage,the staff should strengthen the census of the heritage,file,classify and integrate them in time,pay attention to the actual research and multi-departmental cooperation,improve the professional management of the archives,and make use of them from the perspectives of resource integration,digital empowerment and indigenous memory,so as to give full play to the cultural productivity,and contribute to characteristic cultural industry in rural areas of China.
