摘要
如何把国有企业党建工作优势转化为企业发展优势和实际成果?本研究提出了“两个覆盖”的中介变量,即党建工作“有形覆盖”和党建工作“有效覆盖”,设置了相应的主要参数,梳理形成了国企党建优势培养和转化一般逻辑,并在此基础上,通过调研分析国有工程企业流动分散特点对“两个覆盖”相关参数的负面影响,提出了破解国有工程企业党建困境的框架模式和基本策略,为相关企业党组织提升党建工作实效提供了参考。
How to transform the advantages of Party building work in state-owned enterprises into advantages of enterprise development and practical results?This study puts forward the intermediary variables of“two coverage”,namely“tangible coverage”and“effective coverage”of Party building work,sets the corresponding main parameters,sorts out the general logic of the cultivation and transformation of the advantages of Party building in state-owned enterprises,and on this basis,through research analyzes the negative impact of the mobility and dispersion characteristics of state-owned engineering enterprises on the relevant parameters of“two coverage”.This paper puts forward the framework model and basic strategy to solve the dilemma of Party building in state-owned engineering enterprises,and provides a reference for Party organizations in relevant enterprises to improve the effectiveness of Party building work.
