基于工作任务模型的炼油工艺员培训课程体系构建与实践

摘要 针对直属企业基层一线工艺员岗位履职能力不足,培训针对性、实效性不强的问题,经过深入调研,采用工作任务模型构建了炼油工艺员岗位能力素质提升培训课程体系并进行了培训实践。实践表明,依据工作任务模型构建课程体系的方法,可有效解决学员学用脱节的问题,能够较快地建立满足岗位工作任务需要、实战功能显著的培训课程体系,具有较高的推广价值。 Addressing the issues of insufficient job competency and weak training effectiveness among frontline refinery technicians in affiliated enterprises,a work task model was adopted to construct and implement a training course system for enhancing the competency of refinery technicians.Practice has shown that the method of constructing the course system based on the work task model can effectively solve the problem of disconnection between learning and application.It can quickly establish a training course system that meets the needs of job tasks and has significant practical functions,holding high promotional value.
