摘要
国家发展改革委、国家能源局推进电力源网荷储一体化和多能互补发展,强调源网荷储一体化、多能互补的重要意义,积极实施存量的风光水火储一体化项目。为此,文章选择风光资源条件相对较好、水电站投产时间长、装机容量较大的溪洛渡水电站周边作为研究对象,分析水电、风电、光伏、储能等出力互补特性,开展区域水风光电站发电系统接入方案研究,按照可再生能源消纳最大以及碳排放规模最小的原则构建数据模型,模拟不同水风光储容量配置情形下项目的总出力、弃电量和上网电量,从中选择最优的水风光储一体化运行场景,为溪洛渡水电站的水风光储建设提供参考。
The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration promote the in-tegration of power source,network,load and storage and the development of multi-energy,emphasize the importance of the integration of source,network,load and storage and multi-energy,and actively implement the integration project of scenery,water,fire and storage.Therefore,this paper selects the periphery of Xiluodu Hydropower Station,which has relatively good scenery resources,long production time and large installed capacity,as the research object,analy-zes the complementary characteristics of hydropower,wind power,photovoltaic,energy storage and other outputs,car-ries out the research on the power generation system connection scheme of regional waterscape hydropower stations,builds a data model according to the principle of maximum renewable energy consumption and minimum carbon emis-sion scale,simulates the total output,abandoned power and on-grid power of the project under different water,scenery and energy storage capacity configurations,and selects the optimal integrated operation of water,scenery and energy storage.
