基于工业数据的加氢裂化反应热估算及应用

摘要 提出一种利用工业数据快速估算加氢裂化反应热的方法。通过反应器各床层的入口温度、出口温度、冷氢流量等数据,计算每个床层的反应热,进而得到加氢精制反应热和加氢裂化反应热。计算了3种不同原料的加氢裂化装置反应热,并利用计算结果成功预测了混合油加氢裂化装置掺入催化柴油后的加氢精制反应温升。结果显示,当催化柴油掺炼量为33t/h时,预测温升64.3℃,实际温升64.8℃,能满足工程应用的要求。 This paper proposes a method for rapidly estimating the reaction heat of bhydrocracking using industrial data.It calculates the reaction heat for each bed layer of the reactor based on data such as the inlet temperature,outlet temperature,and cold hydrogen flow rate,thereby obtaining the heat of hydrofining reaction and hydrocracking reaction.The article calculates the reaction heat of hydrocracking units using three different raw materials and successfully predicts the temperature rise of the hydrofining reaction after catalytic diesel is blended into the mixed oil hydrocracking unit.When the blending rate of catalytic diesel is 33t/h,the predicted temperature rise is 64.3℃,and the actual temperature rise is 64.8°C,which can meet the requirements of engineering applications.
