摘要
随着油价回调以及成品油需求逐步向好,企业炼油板块利润水平大幅提升;下游终端需求复苏缓慢,化工板块盈利持续承压。严峻的市场环境下,炼化协同优化、产销协同优化成为企业应对市场波动的重要手段。同时,随着新建产能的集中投放,行业竞争加剧,以区域为单位,整合区内资源,打造炼化企业集群,有利于现有产能保有市场竞争力。此外,区域资源优化能够将互供物料“优化真空区”变为创效增长点。文章介绍了区域资源优化的重要性和必要性,以及区域资源优化模型的建模思路。基于AspenPIMS软件,以某炼化企业集群为例,构建区域资源优化模型,并根据实际生产经营数据,开展优化方案测算及结果分析,证明区域资源优化方法的有效性,分析重点互供物料的创效空间,为炼化企业集群生产经营优化提供思路和方法。
With the correction of oil prices and the gradual improvement of demand for refined oil products,the profit level of the refining sector has increased significantly.The recovery of downstream terminal demand is slow,so the profit of the chemical sector continues to be under pressure.Under the severe market environment,the synergistic optimization of refining and chemical and the synergistic optimization of production and marketing have become important means to cope with market fluctuations.At the same time,with the concentrated production of new production capacity,industry competition has intensified,taking the region as a unit,integrating resources in the region,and building refining and chemical enterprise clusters,which is conducive to the existing production capacity to maintain market competitiveness.In addition,regional optimization can turn the mutual supply of materials"optimizing the vacuum zone"into a new point of efficiency growth.This study introduces the importance and necessity of regional resource optimization,as well as the modeling ideas of regional resource optimization model.Based on Aspen PIMS software,this paper constructed the regional resource optimization model and carried out the optimization plan calculation and result analysis according to the actual production and operation data of a refinery cluster.The effectiveness of regional resource optimization method is proved,and the benefit potential of key mutual supply materials is analyzed,which provides ideas for production and management optimization of refining and chemical enterprise cluster.
