金线莲和白及组培苗菌根真菌接种效应研究

摘要 为了进一步探究金线莲和白及组培苗与接种菌株在菌根共生培养体系中的相互关系,以金线莲和白及无菌组培苗为材料,接种菌株建立组培苗菌根共生培养体系,通过测定各生长阶段组培苗的形态指标和生理指标,来比较组培苗对不同菌株的反应。金线莲A2菌株处理对组培苗地上和地下部分生长均有明显促进作用,其平均鲜重增长率分别比A1、CK_(1)处理高20.9%、19.1%;A2处理的叶片数、株高、根增长率、根数、根长分别比CK_(1)处理高21.7%、2.7 cm、16.9%、48.3%、65.8%。白及B1、B2菌株处理对组培苗地上和地下部分生长均有促进作用,B1、B2处理生长指标都高于对照,B1处理的鲜重增长率、叶片数、株高、根增长率、根数、根长分别比CK_(2)处理高3.9%、41.8%、3.7 cm、25.8%、33.0%、52.6%。综合来看,除了A1菌株在前期有一定的负面影响,其他菌株在整个共生培养期间对组培苗生长均有积极的促进作用。 This study was conducted to further explore the mutual relationship between tissue-cultured seedlings of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.and Bletilla striata(Thunb.ex A.Murray)Rchb.f.and inoculated strains in the arbuscular mycorrhizal cultivation system.Tissue-cultured seedlings of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.and Bletilla striata(Thunb.ex A.Murray)Rchb.f.were used as materials,and the arbuscular mycorrhizal cultivation system was established by inoculating strains.The morphological and physiological indicators of the tissue-cultured seedlings at different growth stages were measured to compare their responses to different strains.The A2 strain of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.had a significant promoting effect on the aboveground and underground growth of tissue-cultured seedlings.The average fresh weight growth rate of A2 treatment was 20.9%and 19.1%higher than that of A1 and CK_(1) treatments.The number of leaves,plant height,root growth rate,number of roots,and root length of A2 treatment were 21.7%,2.7 cm,16.9%,48.3%,and 65.8%higher than those of CK_(1) treatment,respectively.The B1 and B2 strains of Bletilla striata(Thunb.ex A.Murray)Rchb.f.promoted the aboveground and underground growth of tissue cultured seedlings.The growth indicators of B1 and B2 treatments were higher than the control.The fresh weight growth rate,number of leaves,plant height,root growth rate,number of roots,and root length of B1 treatment were 3.9%,41.8%,3.7 cm,25.8%,33.0%,and 52.6%higher than those of CK_(2) treatment,respectively.In conclusion,except for the negative impact of the A1 strain in the early stage,other strains had a positive promoting effect on the growth of tissue-cultured seedlings throughout the symbiotic cultivation period.
