基于离散元法的陶瓷轴承内部缺陷破坏机理

摘要 采用离散元法研究含有预制缺陷氮化硅陶瓷轴承的损坏形式,分析不同倾角的裂隙对裂纹演化的影响,结合裂纹周围应力场和位移场研究微缺陷陶瓷轴承内部裂纹的演化特征及抗压强度,得出安全临界值,为研究陶瓷轴承的力学性能及使用寿命提供指导。 This paper studies the damage form of the silicon oxide ceramic bearings with prefabrication defects by discrete element method,analyzes the influence of different inclination angles on crack development,explores the development characteristics of internal cracks and compressive strength of micro-defect ceramic bearings on the basis of the stress field and displacement field around the cracks to obtain the critical safety value,so as to provide guidance for the study of the mechanical properties and service lives of ceramic bearings.
