摘要
根据35 t钢锭下注1浇2生产工艺,建立流动、传热和凝固过程多场耦合数学模型。分析充型过程中钢液的流动情况,凝固过程中的温度场及凝固顺序,预测钢锭疏松和缩孔的位置及尺寸。结果表明,该锭型设计合理,冒口补缩良好,满足锻造生产需要。
The research establishes multi-field coupling mathematical models of flow,heat transfer and solidification according to the production process of casting two 35 t bottom poured ingots at one time,analyzes the flow of molten steel during filling,the temperature field and solidification sequence in the solidification process,and predicts the location and size of ingot porosity and shrinkage holes.The results show that design of the ingot shape is reasonable,the riser presents favorable shrinkage and can meet the requirements of forging production.
