英国高校数字化转型的价值理念、推进路径、保障举措——基于质性文本分析的研究

The Value Concept,Promotion Path,and Guarantee Measures of Digital Transformation in British Universities:A Study Based on Qualitative Text Analysis

数字技术在教育领域的广泛应用,使得高校数字化转型成为全球高等教育的潮流。在此背景下,英国高校开始制定数字化转型战略,以统筹推进学校数字化转型进程。英国高校以“服务师生、关注安全、全域推进、提高效率”的价值理念引领数字化转型,从“夯实数字技术基础设施、搭建数字化教育场景、深化数字技术在科研中的应用、采用数字技术优化业务流程、培育全校师生数字技能、依托数字技术加强与外界互动”等路径推进数字化转型,通过“强化全过程管理、完善内外部组织保障、制定时间规划、加大资金投入”等保障举措,支撑数字化转型顺利实施。

The widespread application of digital technology in the field of education has made the digital transformation of universities a global trend in higher education.In this context,British universities have begun to develop digital transformation strategies to coordinate and promote the process of digital transformation in schools.Select 12 strategic plan⁃ning texts for digital transformation in British universities,use Nvivo 12.0 software for three-level coding,and construct a digital transformation mechanism model for British uni⁃versities.Research has found that British universities are leading the digital transformation based on the value concept of"serving teachers and students,paying attention to safety,promoting overall progress,and improving efficiency".They promote digital transformation through paths such as"consolidating digital technology infrastructure,building digital education scenarios,deepening the application of digital technology in scientific research,adopting digital technology to optimize business processes,cultivating digital skills of all teachers and students,and relying on digital technology to strengthen interaction with the outside world".Through measures such as"strengthening whole process management,im⁃proving internal and external organizational guarantees,formulating time plans,and strengthening financial investment",they support the smooth implementation of digital transformation.
