羊毛纤维低温美拉德环保染色工艺研究

摘要 为了探索羊毛纤维绿色染色方法,利用羊毛角蛋白与二羟基丙酮(DHA)发生美拉德反应实现羊毛低温环保染色,研究反应时间、DHA质量浓度、溶液pH值以及反应温度4个变量对羊毛纤维上染的影响,分析羊毛纤维的染色性能与抗紫外线性能及力学性能与表面形态的变化。结果表明:染色后的羊毛纤维表现出不同深浅的棕褐色系着色效果,抗紫外线性能明显提升;各变量均对羊毛纤维的K/S值产生影响,其中反应温度和时间对羊毛纤维K/S值的影响起主导作用,但在2.5 h后羊毛纤维的显色变化不明显;最优工艺条件为DHA质量浓度54g/L、pH值7、反应温度95℃、反应时间3.5 h,该条件下羊毛纤维呈现深褐色效果,其K/S值为10.14,紫外线防护系数(UPF)值较原样增加约11倍,同时羊毛纤维具有良好的力学性能,羊毛纤维表面鳞片层的形态无明显变化。 In order to explore the green staining method of wool fibers,Maillard reaction between wool keratin and DHA(dihydroxyacetone)was used to realize the low-temperature environmental protection staining of wool fibers.Four variables,time,DHA mass concentration,solution pH value and temperature,were set up to explore the influencing factors of wool fibers dyeing,and the dyeing properties,UV resistance properties,mechanical properties and surface morphology changes of wool fibers were analyzed.The results show that the dyed wool fibers show different shades of tan coloring effect,and the UV resistance is obviously improved.Each variable has an effect on the K/S value of wool fibers,with temperature and time playing a dominant role in the K/S value of wool fibers,but the color development of wool fibers did not change significantly after 2.5 h.The optimum technological conditions are as follows:DHA concentration 54 g/L,pH value 7,temperature 95℃,time 3.5 h.Under these conditions,wool fibers show dark brown effect,K/S value 10.14,UPF value increase by about 11 times compared with the original sample,while wool fibers have good mechanical properties,and the morphology of wool fiber surface scale layer did not change significantly.
