摘要
劳动素养是学生的核心素养之一,是衡量学生全面发展的重要标准。基于劳动素养的内涵和结构,运用项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等方法,编制了中学生劳动素养测评问卷。结果表明,中学生劳动素养主要包含劳动观念和劳动能力2个维度,共9个项目,累计方差贡献率为74.29%;中学生劳动素养测评问卷的双因素结构模型拟合最佳;总问卷及其维度具有较高的内部一致性信度、分半信度、结构效度和校标关联效度。由此可知,中学生劳动素养测评问卷具有较高的信效度,可以作为测评中学生劳动素养的工具。
Labor literacy is one of the core competencies of students and an important criterion for measuring students’comprehensive development.Based on the connotation and structure of labor literacy,the labor literacy assessment questionnaire for secondary school students was developed using item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and validation factor analysis.The results showed that the labor literacy of secondary school students mainly consisted of two dimensions,labor concept and labor skill,with a total of 9 items and a cumulative variance contribution rate of 74.29%;the two-factor structural model of the labor literacy questionnaire of secondary school students fitted best;the total questionnaire and its dimensions had high internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability,retest reliability,structural validity and school standard correlation validity.It can be concluded that the labor literacy questionnaire for secondary school students has high reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to assess the labor literacy of secondary school students.
