摘要
为分析缺氧池间歇气搅拌对一体化农村污水处理设备稳定性的影响,基于A2O工艺的一体化农村污水处理设备,缺氧池采用间歇气搅拌和机械搅拌2种方式运行,对一体化设备的污泥沉降性和脱氮性能进行分析。缺氧池采用间歇气搅拌方式进行污泥混合,可以有效截留缺氧污泥,提高缺氧池污泥浓度,改善污泥沉降性。间歇气搅拌的缺氧污泥浓度可以稳定维持在6807 mg/L,较机械搅拌运行时的缺氧池平均污泥浓度增加48.4%,而且间歇气搅拌的污泥体积指数(SVI)可以稳定保持在124 mL/g;此外,缺氧池气搅拌的间歇作用,延长了缺氧池的污泥停留时间,增强了一体化设备的缺氧反硝化能力,不仅可以降低出水TN,使得出水TN稳定达到8.29 mg/L,而且可以降低一体化设备的运行能耗,其平均运行能耗为0.59 kWh/m^(3),较传统的机械搅拌降低28.9%。一体化农村污水处理设备采用间歇气搅拌运行,在提高设备稳定性,减少设备维护,降低运行能耗方面具有较大优势。
In order to analyze the influence of intermittent air stirring in an anoxic tank on the stability of integrated rural wastewater treatment equipment,an integrated rural sewage treatment equipment operates based on the A^(2)O process in an anoxic tank using two methods:intermittent air stirring and mechanical stirring.The sludge settling and denitrification performance of the integrated equipment are analyzed.The anoxic tank adopts an intermittent air stirring method for sludge mixing,which can effectively intercept anoxic sludge,increase the concentration of anoxic sludge in the tank,and improve the settleability of sludge.The concentration of anoxic sludge under intermittent air stirring can be stably maintained at 6807 mg/L,which is 48.4%higher than the average sludge concentration of the anoxic tank under mechanical stirring operation.Moreover,the sludge volume index(SVI)of intermittent air stirring can be stably maintained at 124 mL/g.In addition,the intermittent effect of anoxic tank air stirring prolongs the sludge residence time in the anoxic tank and enhances the anoxic denitrification capability of the integrated equipment.It can not only reduce the effluent TN,making the effluent TN stable to 8.29 mg/L,but also reduce the operating energy consumption of the integrated equipment.The average operating energy consumption is 0.59 kWh/m^(3),which is 28.9%lower than traditional mechanical mixing.The integrated rural wastewater treatment equipment uses intermittent air mixing operation,which has great advantages in improving equipment stability,reducing equipment maintenance,and reducing operating energy consumption.
