摘要
针对远洋渔业水产品供应链中存在的信息不对称问题,文章借助区块链和渔联网技术构建远洋渔业水产品追溯系统,通过各阶段特有的技术手段和评级参数进行溯源分析,整合远洋渔业捕捞企业、运输企业、加工企业、销售企业、消费者、监管部门进行系统的设计与运作。同时,依托渔联网技术平台进一步强化远洋渔业水产品追溯系统的功能,并以远洋捕捞物种——金枪鱼为例构建相应的追溯系统,以期提高我国远洋渔业水产品产业链信息溯源的可信性和安全性,降低远洋渔业各主体的信息不对称,为实现远洋渔业产业高质量可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the information asymmetry problem in the supply chain of pelagic fishery aquatic products,this paper constructs a traceability system for pelagic fishery aquatic products with the help of blockchain and fishery networking technologies.At each level,the traceability analysis is conducted using distinct technical methods and evaluation criteria.The system is designed and operated systematically by integrating pelagic fishery fishing enterprises,transportation enterprises,processing enterprises,sales enterprises,consumers and regulatory departments.By relying on the technical platform of fishery networking,the functions of the traceability system of marine fishery products are also strengthened.The corresponding traceability system is constructed by taking tuna as an example,with a view to improving the credibility and safety of information traceability of China′s pelagic fishery aquatic products industry chain,reducing the information asymmetry of various subjects of pelagic fishery,and providing a better solution to achieve the purpose,which is to strengthen the credibility and security of information traceability of China′s pelagic fisheries industry chain,reduce the information asymmetry of pelagic fisheries,and provide references and lessons for the high-quality,sustainable development of pelagic fisheries industry.
