合作行为能提高农户技术效率吗?——基于南美白对虾养殖户的调查与分析

Can Cooperative Behavior Improve Farmers′Technical Efficiency?:Based on the survey and analysis of whiteleg shrimp farmers

文章将农户合作行为分为参与合作社行为、与龙头企业合作行为、参与行业协会行为及从事专门订单生产行为,基于山东省和江苏省245户南美白对虾养殖户微观调研数据,通过随机前沿生产函数对其技术效率进行定量测算,并运用Tobit模型分析农户合作行为对其技术效率的影响。研究结果显示,农户参与合作社、与龙头企业合作以及参与行业协会对其技术效率有明显提升,而从事订单生产对农户技术效率提升无明显作用。此外,更高的受教育水平、集约化的土地生产更有利于技术效率提升。

Based on the micro-survey data of 245Whiteleg shrimp farmers in Shandong Province and Jiangsu Province,the technical efficiency of farmers was quantitatively measured by random frontier production function.Then the Tobit model was used to analyze the influence of farmers′cooperative behavior on the technical efficiency of Whiteleg shrimp aquaculture.The results showed that farmers′participation in cooperatives,cooperation with leading enterprises and participation in industry associations has significantly improved the technical efficiency,while engaging in order production has no obvious effect on the technical efficiency.In addition,higher levels of education and intensive land production were more conducive to technological efficiency.
