乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院医疗纠纷分布及原因分析

摘要 目的分析乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院医疗纠纷分布及原因。方法收集2023年1月至12月乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院医疗安全科记录的具有代表性的185例医疗纠纷信息,整理所有医疗纠纷信息的相关资料,分析185例医疗纠纷信息的类型、涉及科室、发生原因分布情况。结果185例医疗纠纷信息中,类型主要为其他(后勤)、医患沟通、服务态度、医疗质量、医德医风(党办),占比依次为58.92%、20.54%、15.14%、3.78%、1.62%;涉及科室主要为产科门诊、产房、生殖技术科、眼耳鼻喉科、儿童保健科、B超室、产二科,占比依次为19.46%、17.30%、16.22%、15.14%、13.51%、9.73%、8.65%;原因包括患者方面(42例,占比22.70%)、医者方面(122例,占比65.95%)及其他方面(21例,11.35%)。结论乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院医疗纠纷产生的原因主要以医者、患者方面为主,临床可采取针对性措施,如完善医疗纠纷危机管理机制、强化医务人员职业道德素养与危机意识、加强与患者及家属的沟通交流、提高患者医疗知识水平等,从多渠道减少或解决纠纷事件。 Objective To analyze the distribution and causes of medical disputes in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.Methods The information of 185 representative cases of medical disputes recorded by the Department of Medical Safety,Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2023,the relevant data of all medical disputes were sorted out,and the types,departments involved,and causes of 185 cases of medical disputes were analyzed.Results Among the 185 cases of medical dispute information,the main types were other(logistics),doctor-patient communication,service attitude,medical quality,medical ethics(Party),accounting for 58.92%,20.54%,15.14%,3.78%,1.62%,respectively.The departments mainly involved obstetric clinics,delivery rooms,reproductive technology,ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology,child health care,B-ultrasound rooms,and secondary obstetrics,accounting for 19.46%,17.30%,16.22%,15.14%,13.51%,9.73%,and 8.65%,respectively.The reasons involved patient aspects(42 cases,accounting for 22.70%),physician aspects(122 cases,accounting for 65.95%),and other aspects(21 cases,11.35%).Conclusion The main causes of medical disputes in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital are doctors and patients.Clinical measures can be taken,such as improving the crisis management mechanism of medical disputes,strengthening the professional ethics and crisis awareness of medical personnel,strengthening communication with patients and their families,and improving the level of medical knowledge of patients,so as to reduce or solve disputes through multiple channels.
