足月妊娠发生子宫扭转合并胎盘早剥1例并文献复习

Uterine torsion with placental abruption in a full-term pregnancy:a case report and literature review

妊娠期子宫扭转分为生理性和病理性。妊娠期子宫通常生理性右旋,角度≤45°且无不适感。病理性子宫扭转为一种罕见的产科并发症,一般旋转角度>45°,通常会伴有急性腹痛、胎儿宫内窘迫、胎盘早剥等,严重时甚至威胁母婴安全。为预防子宫扭转导致严重的不良事件发生,需要早发现、早鉴别、早诊断、早治疗。本文报道1例足月妊娠发生子宫扭转合并胎盘早剥的患者,并结合相关文献分析疾病特点。

The uterine torsion during pregnancy is divided into physiology and pathology.The uterus is usually physiologically rotated to the right during pregnancy,with an angle≤45°without discomfort.Pathological uterine torsion is a rare obstetric complication,usually with a rotation angle>45°.It is usually accompanied by acute abdominal pain,fetal intrauterine distress,placental abruption,and even threatens the safety of mother and child in severe cases.In order to prevent the occurrence of serious adverse events caused by uterine torsion,it is necessary to early detection,early identification,early diagnosis,and early treatment.This paper reports a case of full-term pregnancy with uterine torsion and placental abruption,and analyzes the characteristics of th e disease combined with relevant literature.
