复方福尔可定口服溶液辅助治疗肺炎支原体感染性咳嗽患儿的效果

Effect of Compound Pholcodine Oral Solution in the adjuvant treatment of children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae infectious cough

目的探讨复方福尔可定口服溶液辅助治疗肺炎支原体感染性咳嗽患儿的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2022年3月至2023年12月在湖南妇女儿童医院儿内科就诊的92例肺炎支原体感染性咳嗽患儿分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方福尔可定口服溶液。比较两组临床指标、炎症因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗1周后,观察组的临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论复方福尔可定口服溶液辅助治疗能有效缩短肺炎支原体感染性咳嗽患儿住院时间,改善炎症指标,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Compound Pholcodine Oral Solution in the adjuvant treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infectious cough.Methods According to the random number table method,92 children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae infectious cough who were treated in the Department of Pediatric Medicine,Women&Children Hospital of Hunan from March 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anti-infection treatment.The observation group was given Compound Pholcodine Oral Solution on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,levels of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After one week of treatment,the clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was not different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment with Compound Pholcodine Oral Solution can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae infectious cough,improve the inflammatory indexes and the therapeutic effect.
