预见性护理在预防初产妇产后抑郁中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing in preventing postpartum depression in primiparas

目的探讨预见性护理在预防初产妇产后抑郁中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月莘县妇幼保健院接诊的86例初产妇,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用预见性护理,比较两组产后抑郁发生率、情绪评分、总满意率、舒适度评分。结果研究组产后抑郁发生率(9.30%)低于对照组(27.91%)(P<0.05);研究组护理后焦虑自评量表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总满意率(97.67%)高于对照组(79.07%)(P<0.05);研究组护理后舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在预防初产妇产后抑郁中的应用效果显著,能改善产妇情绪状态,降低产后抑郁发生率,提高满意度及舒适度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in preventing postpartum depression in primiparas.Methods From June 2021 to J une 2023,86 prim iparas in Shen County Maternal and Child H ealth Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given predictive nursing.The incidence of postpartum depression,emotional score,total satisfaction rate,and comfort score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum depression in the study group(9.30%)was lower than that in the control group(27.91%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and Edinburgh postnatal depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the study group(97.67%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the prevention of puerperal depression is significant,which can improve the emotional state of primiparas,reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,improve satisfaction and comfort,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
