摘要 通过制定施工企业成本内控的总体目标,分解工程量,创建快速算量系统,着重分析工程数量比选,找出有利于项目创益的因素;把主材的节超、进度管理、质量把控与互联网相结合起来,实现系统自动化与数字化管理,动态把握材料的管控,建立时间维度的节点进度计划,辅助工程质量验收的完成,实现业务数据化、数据资产化、资产价值化的企业内部共享、协同、决策能力、管理模式和商业模式的进步与转变,实现信息化的持续改进与提升,达到数字化转型的企业战略目标。 In this paper,the overall objective of cost internal control of construction enterprises is established,the engineering quantity is decomposed,the rapid calculation system is established,and the factors conducive to project profit are found out.Secondly,the main material's schedule management and quality control are combined with the Internet to achieve system automation and digital management,dynamically grasp the control of materials,establish a time-dimension node schedule,and assist the completion of project quality acceptance,realize the progress and transformation of internal sharing,collaboration,decision-making ability,management model and business model of business data,data assets and asset value,achieve continuous improvement and promotion of information technology,and achieve the strategic goal of digital transformation.
