摘要
针对重庆轨道交通27号线沙坪坝站—石桥铺站区间工程中区间风井主体结构的施工工艺进行了设计与研究。区间风井负2~负6层范围为直径20 m的圆形竖井,侧墙厚度为1 m,经研究计算,采用了一种新设计的双环桁架自撑模板支架体系进行施工。采取该模板支架体系后,整体施工效率有明显提高,并且圆形竖井侧墙结构成型质量控制较好。
In this paper,the construction technology of air shaft main structure of the interzone project of Shapingba station to Shiqiaopu station of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 27 is designed and studied.The-2~-6 layer of the air shaft is a circular shaft with a diameter of 20 m and the thickness of the side wall is 1 m.After research and calculation,a newly designed double-ring truss self-supporting formwork support system is adopted for construction.After adopting the formwork support system,the overall construction efficiency is obviously improved,and the forming quality of the circular shaft side wall structure is better controlled.
