摘要
采用ATB-25型级配设计,对密级配沥青稳定碎石柔性基层应用特点、原材料选定、配合比设计和施工技术展开研究,通过马歇尔稳定度试验确定最佳油石比,并探讨密级配沥青稳定碎石基层施工质量控制措施。经研究可知,沥青稳定碎石基层结构类型在使用过程中性能稳定,能够为上面层提供良好的平整度和耐久性,可以在很大程度上消除半刚性基层易产生早期损坏危害。
ATB-25 gradation design is adopted,the application characteristics,raw material selection,mix ratio design and construction technology of dense graded bitumen stabilized gravel flexible base were studied.The optimal ratio of oil and stone was determined by Marshall stability test,and the construction quality control measures of dense graded bitumen stabilized gravel base were discussed.The study shows that the asphalt stabilized macadamia base structure has stable performance during use,can provide good flatness and durability for the upper layer,and can largely eliminate the early damage of the semi-rigid base.
