摘要
以厦门新体育中心体育场屋面ETFE膜结构为例,从主索体系的张拉完成态、次索体系的下料、不锈钢组件的形态、内环不锈钢组件的下料、拉索安装的仿真模拟分析等方面分析了ETFE膜结构的质量控制及精细化管理的技术要点,提出应特别注意主次结构在空间位置、几何尺寸、变形协调、传力路径等方面的逻辑关系,并在施工全过程中逐步控制这些关系,做到精准施工,精细化管理,最终达到预定的质量目标。
Taking the roof ETFE membrane structure of Xiamen New Sports Center Stadium as an example,this paper analyzes the technical points of quality control and fine management of ETFE membrane structure from the aspects of the tensioning state of the main cable system,the blanking of the secondary cable system,the shape of the stainless steel component,the blanking of the inner ring stainless steel component,and the simulation analysis of cable installation.It puts forward to pay special attention to the logical relations of the primary and secondary structures in terms of spatial position,geometric size,deformation coordination,force transmission path,etc.,and gradually control these relations during the whole construction process,so as to achieve accurate construction and fine management,and finally achieve the predetermined quality objectives.
