摘要
近年来,国家对建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)应用的推广力度加大,大众逐渐了解“BIM”“碰撞检查”“BIM正向设计”等词汇。BIM应用在商业、住宅、地下室的设计和施工中已经有了成熟的经验。装配式住宅也在政策的推动下蓬勃发展,在其设计和施工过程中,可以利用BIM来分析问题、解决问题。通过对多个装配式住宅项目中的BIM应用要点进行整理,描述并分析其重难点,明确BIM在装配式住宅中的实施办法,形成标准化做法。在其他项目中,通过参照该做法,不仅能明确工作目的,避免无效工序,还能发现项目的各种问题及缺陷,及时销项,避免返工、变更等冗余工作,从而达到降本增效的目的。
In recent years,the country has increased its promotion of Building Information Modeling(BIM)applications,and the public has gradually become familiar with terms such as BIM,collision detection,and BIM forward design.BIM has gained mature experience in the design and construction of commercial,residential,and underground spaces.Prefabricated housing is also flourishing under the promotion of policies.It is possible to use BIM to analyze and solve problems during the design and construction process of prefabricated housing.By organizing the specific application points of BIM in multiple prefabricated housing projects,describing and analyzing their key and difficult points,clarifying the implementation methods of BIM in prefabricated housing,and forming standardized practices.In other projects,by following this approach,not only can the work purpose be clarified and ineffective processes avoided,but various problems and omissions in the project can also be discovered,and timely project closure can be carried out to avoid redundant work such as rework and changes,thereby achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
