医用CT机房建设全过程管理探究——以医院影像科CT机房建设为例

Discussion on the Whole Process Management of Medical CT Room Construction——Taking the Construction of CT Room in Hospital Imaging Department as an Example

随着健康中国建设的推动,CT等放射诊疗设备陆续投入使用,为患者诊疗起到了至关重要的作用。为加快CT机房项目建设,提升工程质量,保障医患人员安全和降低医疗机构经济成本,通过对CT机房项目建设存在的问题进行分析,从项目建设的全过程管理角度出发,探讨了医院内部管理和外部施工管理问题。提出了医院内部明确的分工管理措施,建议对项目的论证、设计、报批、造价和施工管理等环节进行全过程管理,从而推进CT机房项目的建设。以某医院影像科CT机房建设项目为例,阐述了该方法在实际建设中的应用,为高效和经济地建设CT机房项目提供了管理思路和建设建议。

With the promotion of the construction of a healthy China,the use of CT and other radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment has played a crucial role.In order to accelerate the construction of CT machine room projects,improve engineering quality,ensure the safety of medical staff and reduce the economic costs of medical institutions,this article analyzes the problems existing in the construction of CT machine room projects and explores two aspects of hospital internal management and external construction management from the perspective of the entire process management of project construction.A clear division of labor management within the hospital has been proposed,and it is suggested to carry out full process management of project demonstration,design,approval,cost,and construction management,in order to promote the construction of CT room projects.The application of this method in actual construction has been illustrated through hospital cases,providing management ideas and suggestions for the efficient and economical construction of CT room projects.
