摘要
目前,国家大力推进电网建设,建设项目管理过程中的不足会给项目建设质量带来隐患。因此,对电力工程建设项目进行精细化管理十分必要。旨在探究电力工程建设项目的精细化管理,以提高项目的效率和质量。从精细化管理基本理论的角度出发,首先深入探讨了精细化管理的概念与基本特点,其次深入研究了精细化管理在电力工程建设项目不同阶段的具体实施流程,最后结合实际案例分析了精细化管理在电力工程建设项目中的具体应用。研究结果显示,在电力工程建设项目中实施精细化管理,可以有效地加快项目进度、降低成本、提高工程质量和安全性。
At present,the country is vigorously promoting the construction of the power grid.The shortcomings in the project management process can pose hidden dangers to the quality of project construction,and it is necessary to carry out refined management of power engineering construction projects.Aim to explore the refined management of power engineering construction projects to improve project efficiency and quality.Starting from the perspective of the basic theory of refined management,this paper first deeply explores the concept and basic characteristics of refined management.Secondly,it deeply studies the specific implementation process of refined management in different stages of power engineering construction projects.Finally,it analyzes the specific application of refined management in power engineering construction projects based on practical cases.The research results show that implementing refined management in power engineering construction projects can effectively improve project progress,reduce costs,enhance engineering quality and safety.
